Are vegetarian diets better for the skin?

I was just told this and wanted to know if anyone has experience with a veggie diet and if they saw noticeable improvement in their skin by eliminating meats. Thanks!

My skin got way better, my family said it was ‘glowing’ when I first started. For a few months I did stop the vegan diet and I broke out really bad, it didn’t clear up until I quit the meat and dairy again. So yes, it does help your skin. Dairy is a well known inflammatory and can cause break-outs. As for the ‘glowing’ I think that’s from not having something dead in my body lol
