Health Economics Journal

I need help finding scholarly articles…?
I’m researching whether different variables (age, marital status, insurance, etc) have an effect on whether a patient at a doctor’s office is likely to pay their doctor’s bill (or pay on time). I’m supposed to be finding about 20 scholarly articles that relate to my topic in some way, but I’m having an incredibly difficult time finding them. Can anyone help me find articles please?
Examples of places I was given to start out are EconLit and Journal of Health Economics. There’s so much information, but I can never seem to find what I’m looking for!
Google Scholar is really good otherwise try searching various university databases.
